Specially developed to handle today's high-power solar panel modules, each APsystems DS3 dual microinverter can connect to two individual panels. Microinverters are designed to connect directly to PV panels to help mitigate problems caused by shading and poor performance affecting the full array. Using a dual microinverter can help find a balance between the costs and benefits of otherwise connecting one per panel.
This model features two independent MPPTs, each with a large input current to accommodate high-power solar panels. Built for durability and subject to the APsystems suite of rigorous testing methods, the DS3 microinverter offers excellent performance and a high conversion efficiency.
